At long last!

“People You May Know?”  Finally! I’ve been waiting for Facebook to suggest friends ever since I started using the site three years ago. It makes perfect sense that there should be a way to analyze the connections between individuals to recommend investigating people that might be missing from a social network. If, in a group of eight people, seven are friends with the other seven and one is friends with only six, it’s great to point that out.

It seems to recommend a new list of potential friends every time you click “see all,” too, much like Pownce does with their ‘friends of friends’ feature. I will definitely be taking advantage of this new feature over the next few weeks!

I wonder if Facebook are using the same Social Graph stuff that Google talked about a while ago?

Certainly sounds interesting, although I haven’t seen any of it yet…
