New Psychology community on Mixx.com

by Andy DeSoto on June 26, 2008

Just a quick post for tonight as I got back from a great Washington Nationals game later than expected:

I’m proudly announcing a brand new Psychology Community on Mixx.com for anyone interested in the study of the brain, body, or behavior.  This new community feature launched today and is touted by Mixx as:

“…an easier way to focus on the topics and issues that you’re most passionate about, whether that’s wildlife activism, social media, green news, political reform or the NY Giants.”

The Psychology Community is already chock-full with great preloaded content about emotions, mental health, thinking, and more, but it needs your help to make it extra special.  Take a look at it today!  I’ve included a screenshot to pique your interest, too– take a look to the left.

(By the way: did you know I manage a burgeoning Psychology FriendFeed room?  Worth taking a look at, as well.)

Make sure to take a look at these two sources of interesting psychology-related material if you get the chance.  Just because I don’t post as frequently about psych as some of the other topics on this blog doesn’t mean they’re any less important!

Thanks for reading.  Remember you can get free RSS or e-mail updates to this site with just a few clicks of a button!
